  • Main aim of cohort
    To create a prognostic preconception model for the prediction of periconceptional and late reproductive outcome based on lifestyle, medical, physical- biochemical and epigenetic parameters of patient couples planning pregnancy.

    Recruited number of:
    1500 children / 2000 mothers / 1500 fathers / 0 grand parents / 0 other family members

    Patient couples who are planning pregnancy and visiting the outpatient preconception clinic or first trimester pregnancy clinic of the department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the Erasmus MC in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

    Exclusion criteria, please specify
    Not familiar with the Dutch language in word and writing.
