  • Main aim of cohort
    • To assess the distribution of risk factors for adversely pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women with detailed information on demographic and life-style characteristics, medical history, and genetic to define susceptibility to long-term environmental exposures; • To assess the impact of drinking water disinfection by products on adverse pregnancy outcomes; • To quantify the impact of ambient air pollution on adverse pregnancy outcomes; • To assess the association between noise exposure, hypertension in pregnant women and adverse pregnancy outcomes; • To asses green space exposure effect on pregnancy outcomes; • To asses green space exposure effect on children asthma, allergy, neurodevelopment and physical growth. • To evaluate the impact of gene-environment interactions on infant growth; • To evaluate genetic susceptibility effect on adverse pregnancy outcomes and infant growth at 5 years children and every 5 years (obesity, asthma/allergy, neurodevelopment).

5 years childrens follow-up was started at 1 June 2012 to evaluate physical state, obesity, asthma/allergy, neurodevelopment, breast feeding, diet, physical activity, indoor contaminants, environmental pollutants, green space exposure. We already have 1573 children.
